Appointments must be cancelled prior to 24 hours or you will be subject to a 50% cancellation/no show fee for services that required a deposit.
For services that do not require a deposit, we hope that you will not need to cancel your appointment. We do our best to meet your scheduling needs and request that you adhere to our cancellation policy. Upon the 3rd instance of a late (less than 24 hour notice) cancellation, “no show”, or habitual lateness (15 mins or more) you will be required to pre-pay for appointments, or you may be asked to go to a walk-in basis.
If you are going to be more than 5 mins late, please call the front desk to let them know and ask if the stylist will still have time to complete your service. It is disrespectful to our stylists and clients to show up late and expect your service to be fulfilled while disrupting the service(s) of clients who were on time.
